For any urgent care that your pet may require, we have appointments available Monday-Friday from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm, and Saturday from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm. In addition, we also offer urgent care on a walk-in basis during our regular office hours. Please call us ahead of time so we may be prepared for your pet's arrival. You do not have to be a current client. Please note: our doors may close early due to heavy volume.

Although we are available for urgent care, we are not an emergency clinic and are not staffed overnight or prepared for emergency surgery or intensive care cases. We are still recommending referral to the emergency clinic if your pet is likely to require after-hours surgery, monitoring, or experiencing a life threatening emergency that will require after-hours care.

If you are not sure if you pet should be seen here or at the emergency clinic, feel free to call and consult with our staff.

Patients will be examined on a first come-first serve basis, with the exception that more severe problems may take precedence.

Types of urgent cases we see:

    • Porcupine quills
    • Lacerations, cuts, abrasions
    • Bite wounds, abscesses
    • Trouble breathing
    • Lumps, bumps, masses
    • Limping, lameness
    • Fleas, ticks, tick-borne diseases
    • Vomiting, diarrhea
    • Itching, over grooming, skin infections, or hair loss
