When your pet is scheduled for boarding, you may bring your pet to the hospital anytime before 4:00 pm on Monday-Friday, or before 3:00 pm on Saturday. Please bring your pet's food and medication (if needed). You may also bring their bedding, though not necessary. To avoid additional occupancy fees, please pick-up by 12:00 pm.
When your pet is scheduled for a surgery or dental procedure, they are admitted between 7:00 am - 8:00 am. Cats and dogs should have no food after 10:00 pm the night before; water is fine. We will call you after the procedure to let you know how your pet is doing and what time they'll be ready for discharge.
