Grooming is by appointment only starting at 9:15 am Monday-Wednesday. Please call ahead to book your pet's appointment. If you need to drop your pet off earlier than when the groomer arrives, you may do so at the front desk. Otherwise, go directly to the grooming department in the back building at your scheduled appointment time.
Please call for Preventive Care Clinic days and times.
When your pet is scheduled for a surgery, we ask that you arrive with your pet at 8.00 am. Our hospital opens at 7:30 am. Please allow 10-15 minutes for a veterinary technician to check your pet in, complete paperwork, and talk about the procedure your pet will be having. Please feel free to ask questions at this time and our staff will be happy to answer them for you.
