When your pet is scheduled for a surgery, you must bring your pet to the hospital ahead of the actual appointment time. The hospital is opened for drop-offs between 8:30-10:00 AM on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. If this is inconvenient for you, please speak with our Client Service Representatives to discuss other options.
When your pet is scheduled for boarding, please bring your pet to the hospital ahead of the actual appointment time. The hospital is opened for drop-offs Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM-6:30 PM, and Saturday between 9:00 AM-4:00 PM.
