When your pet is scheduled for a surgery, you must bring your pet to the hospital ahead of the actual appointment time. The hospital is open for drop-offs at 8:00 AM.
When your pet is scheduled for boarding, you can drop-off at anytime. You have to pick your pet up before 10:00 AM on the date you have scheduled to avoid another boarding day charge. If staying for bathing, you will not be charged another day but, pick up will be scheduled for after 2:00 PM to allow for the bathing process.
When your pet is scheduled for grooming, you must bring your pet to the hospital ahead of the actual appointment time. The hospital is open for drop-offs between 8:30-10:00 AM. Pick up will be scheduled for after 2:00 PM.
